These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MeriZameen’s services.
By using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person who uses our services and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Acknowledgement
We put all our team efforts and resources to successfully close a deal. Doing so without any formal commitment is not possible. As we do not charge anything to get started until we get everything done.
Therefore we only focus on working upon the clients who acknowledge the value of professional services we are providing like no one else in the industry.
An Ideal Client:
Always have a very clear purpose and plan
Have a budget and reasonable expectations
Is easy to approach and participate in the process
Open and willing to grab opportunity as it comes (Sometimes a good space surfaces for a day and taken by the smartest player in the market)
You Must Not:
Share the details, photos, videos or locations of the properties proposed to you.
See the properties for a business that you do not belong to.
Expect any negotiations or discounts after the closure of the deal.
Stop the communication without reasoning.
Cancel meetings specially with other parties without prior notice.
Change the time and commitments for payments and documentations after accepting any mutually accepted schedule.
Ask for the provisions of any additional amenities on the property or add on any new rule upon the tenant of the property after signing the agreement. Though there is always a way to request or ask for a possibility.
Payment Policy
As we start rendering our services to you, we request that you acknowledge and accept our payment policy. Our services require that the client pays 30 days’ rent upon the day of agreement of the property. This condition is crucial to qualify among our highest priority clients who enjoy our services at their best.
What do you get in return:
We make sure to give you enough value through the deal that recovers the professional fee we are charging for our services.
Within the shortest tenure of the agreement e.g. 11 months by negotiating on the following in the best of your favor through the following:
Rent Value
Annual Increment
Provisions
Terms of Security
Amenities

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for a month only in case of deal cancellation within that duration. The amount to be refunded will be paid in three parts. On a monthly basis after deducting 15% service fee.
